| Full Guarantee and Returns
SpecialFX is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Postage charges on returns are non-refundable. Warranty All our products are supplied with return to base standard warranties for the periods specified for each product that cover faulty workmanship and components. Any unit returned under warranty will be assessed as to the actual cause of the fault prior to replacement. Failures due to excessive wear and tear, or mechanical damage are not covered by warranties. Delivery Delivery within New Zealand for headsets is via overnight Courier Post as detailed on the applicable pricing information page. Delivery within New Zealand for ReliefBands is via NZ Parcel Post in a pre-paid A4 bubble bag. We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. These details will not be passed on by us to any third party organisation. Your Security It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details.
